Back ribs wrapped in foil on a cookie sheet at 190F for the day.
6 – 7 hours. Unwrap, drain and place of fresh cookie sheet.
Mix Metropolitan Chef Steak and Rib Rub with 2 Tbsp. each
EVOO, Garlic Oil, Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, Dark Espresso
Baste ribs with above, finish on the BBQ until dark and crispy.
Make a fresh batch of the oil and vinegar mix (no rub) to serve at the table, because you will just never have enough of this sauce.
Works just as well on steak.
