Persian Lime Aioli

So easy and quick. Don’t let the fancy name fool you. Ditch the artery clogging ranch dressing for dipping wings and chicken drumsticks and use this instead.

Prep time: 3-5 minutes

Needed for this recipe:
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1 pasteurized egg yolk
1 garlic clove, minced
Pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon. lemon juice

Place all ingredients except Olive oil in a food processor and blend. Set the food processor to a very low speed setting, and slowly dribble in Olive oil. Pulse occasionally with bursts of higher speed, gradually adding the oil and blending until emulsified. Use immediately or refrigerate.
