If you are a whiskey lover, then this is a popcorn combo for you!
Needed for this recipe:
Tri-coloured heritage non-GMO popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped)
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil (3 Tablespoons approx.)
Vancouver Island Salt Whisky Barrel Smoked Sea Salt (1-2 pinches)
Ideally, you have an olive oil sprayer. Check out our hands down favourite here.
If you don’t have a sprayer, drizzle 1/2 the oil down the sides of the bowl. Add popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Then sprinkle with salt. Toss again and then drizzle on more oil as desired.
If you have an oil sprayer, spray and toss until evenly coated.
