PAIRING 1)  Thyme Olive Oil and Blueberry Dark Balsamic – A salad dressing so delicious that you can just drink it.  Fantastic on fruit salad too. Also which makes a fantastic bread dipper or drizzle on prosciutto.

PAIRING 2) Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic and Rosemary Olive Oil –  This makes a fantastic marinade for meat, particularly pork. Also a great complement to enhance roasted veggies.

PAIRING 3) Cranberry Pear White Balsamic and Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil  – Excellent on roasted pumpkins or squash. The Cranberry Pear Balsamic is a staff favourite for adding to sparkling water for a grown-up designated driver beverage.
