Needed for this recipe:
Fresh asparagus spears with tough stalks snapped off
Fresh ground salt and pepper
Drizzle a little Mlianese Gremolata Olive Oil in a cast iron pan and set to medium. Oce heated, add your asparagus and sauté, letting the skins brown a bit, until soft but not soggy. While cooking spriknking with fresh ground salt and pepper to taste.
