Sautéed Gremolata Asparagus

The easiest way to make your asparagus shine!

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil


Fresh asparagus spears with tough stalks snapped off
Fresh ground salt and pepper


Drizzle a little Mlianese Gremolata Olive Oil in a cast iron pan and set to medium.  Oce heated, add your asparagus and sauté,  letting the skins brown a bit, until soft but not soggy.  While cooking spriknking with fresh ground salt and pepper to taste.
