Truffle Infused Popcorn

Our truffle sea salt is from Italy and made with real truffle ingredients only.  A tiny pinch flavours a whole bowl of popcorn.  Alternately, you can add a few drops of our Truffle Oil to our Butter Olive Oil and use a pinch of sea salt.  You can get all the ingredients in a bundle popcorn pack.

Needed for this recipe:

Tri-coloured heritage non-GMO popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped)
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Plant-Based Butter Olive Oil (3 Tablespoons approx.)
Italian Truffle Salt 

Ingredients:

Tri-coloured heritage non-GMO popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped)
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Plant-Based Butter Olive Oil (3 Tablespoons approx.)
Italian Truffle Sea Salt (1 pinch)

 

Ideally, you have an olive oil sprayer. Check out our hands down favourite here.

If you don’t have a sprayer, drizzle 1/2 the oil down the sides of the bowl. Add popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Then sprinkle with salt. Toss again and then drizzle on more oil as desired.

If you have an oil sprayer, spray and toss until evenly coated.
