So, we want to encourage you to please shop early in preparation for a a slippery, oily shipping season . Do yourself a favor, do your secret santa a favor, do Mrs. Claus a favor — and just get your shopping done early. Now even, if you prefer.

IS SUNSHINE COAST OLIVE OIL CO. FULFILLING ORDERS AND SHIPPING PRODUCTS?
Yes, absolutely! But please note that orders are not picked up by couriers on weekends or holidays. In addition, due to higher holiday volume, orders may take a bit longer tor us to pack or for couriers to pick them up. THE RECENT CATASTROPHIC FLOODING IN BC HAS NOT HAD AN EFFECT ON OUR ORDER PROCESSING BUT IT HAS ALTERED PARCEL PICKUP TIMES AND, DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE, IT MAY SLOW DOWN THE TRANSIT TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE.

NOV. 25th FLOOD UPDATE: Due to the extreme flooding, couriers are temporarily suspendiog/delaying parcel pickup and delivery. If you have received an email from us with shipping and tracking information, then your order has been packed and scheduled by us for and it is awaiting pickup by a courier such as Canada Post, Fedex, Canpar or Purolator. Normally, once a parcel is scheduled for a courier to pick up, they are picked up within 1-2 business days. Due to the recent flooding, WE ARE SEEING SIGNIFICANT, TEMPORARY AND INTERMITTENT DELAYS, of up ro 2-3 working days for pickup for non express shipments. These are temporary delays that we and the courier drivers have no control over.
If you need your parcel quickly, we have been successful at scheduling FEDEX EXPRESS courier shipments for customers who are willing to pay the full price for the express courier service.. If you would like your parcel shipped EXPRESS, write to us in the customer notes at checkout and we can quote you the express shipment fee. Please note, we cannot guarantee that this service will be working at the time of your order, but so far, it has been.
WHEN IS YOUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE?
Right now we strongly advise all customers to purchase holiday gifts as soon as possible. We do not have a suggested holiday shipping deadline at the moment, but, if our crystal ball arrives , we will place the update here (it is stuck in a supply chain somewhere between here and the nether regions where Druids come from.).
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
We do offer express shjipping, but this is a special option not immediately offered on our website. If you want us to quote you an express price for your shipment, please choose $10 flat rate shipping and then make a note in the CUSTOMER notes section. We will get you a quote as soon as we pack your parcel, and you can decide if you want to proceed with this option.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
FREE IN STORE PICKUP your bottles will be corked for home use. If you choose this shipping method, we assume your bottles are for home use and seal them accordingly. If you plan on shipping or flying with any of your bottles, please indicate this in the customer notes at check out so we can seal your bottle with the shipping corks that we use for our flat-rate shipping parcels.
Ordered online 2-3 business hours to process. You will receive a 2nd email when your order is ready for pikcup
Ordered over the phone. 4-6 business hours to prcess AFTER we have spoken with you on the phone.
Please note: due to the current staff and elf shortage crisis in Canada, we do not have anyone packing your orders at midnight. If you order in-store pickup towards the end of our working day, your in store pickup will be ready by 1 p.m. the following day.
$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING IN CANADA If you are not home, your parcel MAY be left on your doorstep by the 3rd party courier’s driver. We do not have control over this. If you do not want this to happen, choose our signature required shipping option.
$15.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING IN CANADA If you are not home, the driver should leave you a delivery notice with pickup details. If you do not want this to happen, choose our $10 flat rate shipping option. .
$25 USA shipping.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Fedex, Canpar and Purolator. We do not ship with UPS. We do not offer free local delivery. We reserve the right to hand deliver local parcels if we deem it to be the most efficient choice.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE PROCESSED?
All orders on are currently being processed in 1-2 business days (i.e. not weekends). We then are dependent on couriers to pick up your parcels, process them and deliver them. Please note, we don’t have an in house courier, nor do we have a sleigh, so, just like you, we depend on 3rd party carriers ( like Canada Post, Canpar and Fedex) to transport our parcels to their recipients. As of early December shipping is 3-7 5 business days to Vancouver area and about 15 business days to the maritimes.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

WHAT ARE YOUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
We are getting parcels packed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day but sometimes 2. If you order on the weekend, that USUALLY means your parcel will be packed by Monday. Then, it is in the lap of the Gods (aka parcel carriers). Here is the latest information we have on shipping deadlines for carriers.
