Emily is the bestselling author of six Olive Oil focused cookbooks with the intention of helping to integrate quality ingredients into everyday life. She is one of only two Level Two Olive Oil Sommeliers in Canada and an internationally recognized Judge and Professional Olive Oil Taster. Her family owns an olive grove in central Italy, where her love of olive oil began. She lives in Victoria, BC.
