SHIPPING FAQS

 

WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

FREE IN STORE PICKUP  your bottles will be corked for home use.  If you choose this shipping method, we assume your bottles are for home use and seal them accordingly.  If you plan on shipping or flying with any of your bottles, please indicate this in the customer notes at check out so we can seal your bottle with the shipping corks that we use for our flat-rate shipping parcels.

Ordered online 2-3 business hours to process.  You will receive a 2nd email when your order is ready for pickup
Ordered over the phone.  4-6 business hours to process AFTER we have spoken with you on the phone.

Please note: due to the current olive oil elf and staff shortage crisis in Canada, we do not have anyone packing your orders at midnight.  If you order in-store pickup towards the end of our working day, your in store pickup will be ready by 1 p.m. the following day.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING IN CANADA  This option will allow (but not guarantee) safe drop delivery.  If you are not home, your parcel MAY be left on your doorstep by the 3rd party courier’s driver. We do not have control over this.  If you do not want this to happen, choose our signature required shipping option.

$15.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING IN CANADA If you are not home, the driver should leave you a delivery notice with pickup details.  If you do not want this to happen, choose our $10 flat rate shipping option and your parcel will probably be left on your doorstep if you are not home.

$25 USA shipping.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

We do offer express shjipping, but this is a special option not immediately offered on our website.  If you want us to quote you an express price for your shipment, please choose $10 flat rate shipping and then make a note in the CUSTOMER notes section.  We will get you a quote as soon as we pack your parcel, and you can decide if you want to proceed with this option.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Fedex, Canpar and Purolator.  We do not ship with UPS.  We do not offer free local delivery.  We reserve the right to hand deliver local parcels if we deem it to be the most efficient choice.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO BE PROCESSED?

All orders on are currently being processed in 1-2 business days (i.e. not weekends). We thern are dependent on couriers to pick up your parcels, process them and deliver them. Please note, we don’t have an in house courier,  nor do we have delivery drone, so, just like you, we depend on 3rd party carriers ( like Canada Post, Canpar and Fedex) to transport our parcels to their recipients.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Shipping to Vancouver area is generally 2-3 business days.  To the rest of BC and to Alberta 3-5 business days.  Across the country it take 5-10 business days.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.  If there is not a carrier listed, you can presume the tracking number is for Canada Post.
