MILD EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS
Mild intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oils are excellent introductory oils for anyone who has never purchased a fresh, single-estate olive oil before. They are ideal for raw cooking such as bread dipping, salad vinaigrettes or as finishing oils on soups, or bruschetta. Do as the Italians do and skip the mayonnaise on your sandwich and use a mild olive oil instead! Mild Ultra Premium (UP) olive oils can be used in light cooking applications, but if you do a lot of grilling or roasting, you may way to choose a more robust olive oil with higher levels of anti-oxidants.
