PAIRING 1)  Blood Orange Olive Oil and Chocolate Balsamic – which makes a fantastic bread dipper, gelato drizzler, flavouring for plain yogourt or salad dressing for a spinach salad with strawberries and goat cheese;

PAIRING 2) Cranberry Pear Balsamic and Persian Lime Olive Oil – a salad dressing so delicious that you can just drink it.  Fantastic on fruit salad too  The lime oil is also delicious on seafood and the Cranberry Pear Balsamic is a staff favourite for adding to sparkling water for a grown-up designated driver beverage
