This combo features Apricot Aged White Balsamic and Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil (infused with lemon zest, garlic, mint and Italian parsle and our favourite salad olive oil).  This is one of our most popular salad pairings, and makes a great glaze for chicken of pork. .
