Our small batch Californian Mission was harvested from groves in Yolo County. This complex example displays floral characteristics and notes of green almond, herb, and matcha with ample bitterness and astringency. Mission is almost exclusively found in California and this example is one of our oils highest in phenols. High Oleacein (antioxidant) content of 181 PPM.
