Farfalle Italia (Italian Flag Bow Tie Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta), is a
typical artisanal Italian Pasta made with durum wheat semolina and dried
vegetables.
“A Delicate” processing method: the long kneading, the slow pressing,
drawing and drying at a low temperature permit to preserve all the
characteristics of the durum wheat. “All Natural Colors”: the green of spinaches, the dark red of tomatoes and red beets.
