Store in a cool, dark place until you open it. Once opened, it is best to store it in the fridge.
You can enjoy them on their own or for example add them to your salad, pizza, or pasta or you can prepare an appetizer like the “Gildas” that we serve in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.
