ALL OF OUR EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS ARE CERTIFIED ULTRA PREMIUM (UP) EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OILS In order to offer you the freshest, most flavourful choices, we bring in the highest quality olive oils from all over the world. We import single-estate olive oils from both hemispheres, depending on the season. Then we store these artisan oils in stainless steel kegs, or ‘fustis’, where each oil is preserved at its freshest under inert gas until we pour it for you. This pour-on-demand approach allows us to bring the finest oils from the world’s olive groves to your table, and to maintain their quality and freshness throughout the journey.
