INFUSED AND AGRUMATO-STYLE OLIVE OILS

We offer two types of naturally flavoured olive oils: infused and agrumato style. Our infused Olive Oils begin with a 100% Ultra Premium (UP) Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our collection, which is later infused with 100% natural essential oils. There is no added sugar, filler or synthetic flavouring. Nor is there any processed or chemically refined olive oil. Agrumato-style olive oils are made by harvesting the highest quality olives and crushing them with the whole fruit or chilies. This technique, known in Italian as ‘agrumato’, melds the natural oils from the citrus fruit or chilies with the oils from the olives, which results in a rich,complex flavour.
