Chili-Lime Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh almonds
1.5 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil Baklouti or Cayenne Chili Oil
1 teaspoon Lime Sea Salt
optional: a little squeeze of fresh lime.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss almonds in olive oils and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Bake on the middle rack of your oven, approximately 15 minutes. Check the almonds after 10 minutes and ‘toss’ them in the pan. Cook another 5 minutes or until the almonds are nicely roasted, being careful not to burn them.Spring the almonds with lime juice (optional) and remainder of salt. Let cool.
