Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Lemon Olive Oil



1 Heart Romaine Lettuce

1 Long English Cucumber

4 Green Onions

1 Big Handful Fresh Dill

1 Big Handful Fresh Basil

1 Tbs Oregano Balsamic

1 Tsp Honey (optional)

1/3 C Lemon olive Oil

1 Cloves Garlic

½ C Greek Yogurt

1 Pomegranate

½ Tsp Salt

½ Tsp Pepper



On a plate, have 1 quarter covered in romaine, 1 quarter covered in cucumber, 1 quarter covered in green onion and 1 quarter covered in mixed herbs (dill and basil). To make the dressing, whisk balsamic and honey until combined. Add Olive Oil and whisk until combined. Add finely minced garlic and Greek yogurt and combine. Finish the dressing off with salt and pepper. Pour over salad and top with Pomegranate seeds.
