Episode 11 Orange & Spinach Salad

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Pomegranate Dark Balsamic

 

Ingredients:

4 ¾ C Baby Spinach

¼ C Skinned Oranges

2 Tbs Slivered Almonds

2 Tbs pecans

¼ C Parmesan

2 Tbs Blood Orange Olive Oil + 1 Tbs

2 Tbs Pomegranate Balsamic + 1 Tbs

1 Tsp Salt

 

Method:

Put half of the spinach into a bowl, toss with 2 tbs oil and 2 tbs balsamic. Add the rest of the spinach and toss with 1 tbs oil and 1 tbs balsamic. Toss with salt. Top with toasted almonds, pecans, oranges and parmesan.
