Episode 7 Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

1/3 C Chocolate (melted)

1 C Hot Milk

1 C Whipping Cream

1 Tbs Powdered Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla

3 Tbs Blood Orange Olive Oil

 

Method:

In a small saucepan, melt chocolate, and add to a serving glass. Add hot milk and stir. In a medium sized bowl, make whip cream by adding whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until thick. Slowly add in blood orange olive oil, while gently stirring. Pipe on top of hot chocolate and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
