Orange-Umeboshi Mimosa

Needed for this Recipe:

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Umeboshi Plum White Balsamic

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of fresh Orange Juice -chilled
  • 1/2 cup of Prosecco-chilled
  • 1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Umeboshi Plum White Balsamic
  • Orange Wedges for garnish

In a champagne flute, mix orange juice and Umeboshi Plum White Balsamic.  Top up with prosecco.  Add garnish and serve.
