Aloha Pina Coladas

Even in the New Year, sometimes we still want to celebrate with no holds barred.  Nothing better than a Pina Colada!

Needed for this recipe:

Sunshine Coast Olive oil Co. Pineapple White Balsamic OR Cara Cara Orange-Vanilla White Balsamic


*if you are unfamiliar with bartending measurements: ½ an ounce = 1 Tablespoon

  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 2  Tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Pineapple White Balsamic or Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
  • 3oz white rum
  • 3oz pineapple juice (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups ice
  • pineapple wedges

Blend until smooth and creamy, then pour into glasses (or coconuts) and garnish with a pineapple wedge, and, if so inclined, a beverage umbrella or paper straw.
