Absolutely decadent and delicious, and can made with variations (see below) that use lime, lemon or white chocolate too.

Sunshine Coast Orange Olive Oil (Mani, Blood Orange or Valencia)
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Dark Chocolate
Tri-coloured heritage popcorn
Lime Sea Salt or Vancouver Island Old School Coffee Salt
Your favourite chocolate from our collection of local and international chocolates
1/3 cup Sunshine Coast Orange Olive Oil
A pinch of lime sea salt or other salt from our collection
Ideally, you have an olive oil sprayer.
If you don’t have a sprayer, drizzle 1/2 the oil down the sides of the bowl. Add popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Then sprinkle with salt. Toss again and then drizzle on more oil as desired.
If you have an oil sprayer, spray and toss until evenly coated.
If the popcorn is still hot, sprinkle with grated chocolate. Otherwise. melt chocolate using a double boiler and drizzle over top like a chocolate sauce.
