3/4 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Dark Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Granny Smith Apple
1/4 red pepper (optional)
6-8 walnut pieces (optional)
In winter I often ditch lettuce as a salad base in favour of something heartier. This salad has a sliced avocado as the base, then is layered with slivered Granny Smith apples. You could also add red peppers with some walnuts on top. Then I drizzled on about 3/4 tsp of each if the orange oil and apple vinegar.
