Yes, I really DO have olive oil at every meal. Even breakfast!
Needed for this recipe:
• 1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• ¼ cup blueberries
Blend oil into cottage cheese and place over the cottage cheese. Top with blueberries. Make this breakfast: serve over a piece of melon.
