Episode 5 Bruschetta

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Garlic Olive Oil



1 baguette

1 C Tomato

1 Tsp Fresh Mint

2 Tbs Garlic Olive Oil

1 Tsp Oregano

¼ C Olives

1 Tsp Salt



Slice your baguette in half, then cut into pieces. Toast if you’d like. In a food processor, add tomatoes, mint and 1 Tbs Olive oil, pulse until chunky. Add oregano and olives to the processor and pulse a few more times. Brush your bread with a bit of the remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Spoon tomato mixture on top of the bread, then top with a little salt and pepper. Drizzle with the Neapolitan Herb Balsamic and Olive Oil.
