Episode 6 Pasta Salad

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Oregano White Balsamic

 

Ingredients:

5 C Fusilli Pasta

¼ C Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 ½ Tbs Oregano Vinegar

¼ C Zucchini (thinly sliced)

8 Baby Tomatoes (cut in half)

2 Green Onions (chopped)

1 Tbs Fresh Dill (finely chopped)

¼ C Olives (pitted and chopped)

½ Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp Pepper

 

Method:

In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta. Once the pasta is fully cooked, strain and run cold water over pasta. Toss pasta in olive oil, then add vinegar and toss again. Add zucchini and toss. Add the rest of the ingredients on top and serve.
