Garlic Basil Shrimp

6 oz. fettuccine
2 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Basil olive oil
1 ¼  pounds frozen shrimp
3 cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
¾ cup dry white wine
1 ½ grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup finely chopped basil

Put your past on to cook, following package directions.  While pasta is cooking, heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp, sauteeing 2 minutes per side, or until coked through (usuallu indicated by a pink colour).  Remove shrimp, leabing oil in the skillet. Add garlic and pepper flakes and cook about half a minute. Add the wine and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Return shrimp to pan and heat through. Serve over fettuccine.
