Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Sunshine Coast Cayenne Chile Pepper Fused Olive Oil



5 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

½ cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 tsp Cayenne Chile Pepper Fused Olive Oil (or to taste)

¾ cup spaghetti or other long thin pasta

Salt and freshly ground pepper


Heat the oils in a small pan over medium high heat. Add the minced garlic, turn down the heat and sauté until just slightly browned.  Remove the pan from the heat.  Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and place in a pre-warmed serving dish. Pour sauce over the pasta and mix in thoroughly with two large forks. Season with salt and pepper.
