Wild Fernleaf Dill Aioli

This recipe is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, especially crab or salmon cakes.

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil

Ingredients:

1 cup store bought mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil
Pinch of sea salt

Optional:  add chopped cucumbers or pickles to make a tartar sauce

Recipe:

Blend all ingredients and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
