Herbes de Provence and Porcini Mushroom Infused Scrambled Eggs

So easy and so delicious.  The oil keeps the eggs tender, even if you overcook them.

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Porcini Mushroom Infused Sea Salt

Prep time: 30 seconds
Cooking Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil
• A dash of Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Porcini Mushroom Infused Sea Salt

Recipe:
Heat Herbes De Provence oil on medium low. Scramble eggs and add to pan. Using a whisk, whisk eggs until cooked, but not overly dry. Sprinkle with a dash of Porcini Mushroom Sea Salt.
