Cinnamon Pear Squash

• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Vegan ‘Butter’ Olive Oil (100% Dairy free)

• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Cinnamon-pear Dark Balsamic



Cut open a squash (acorn, butternut, or spaghetti). Brush with Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Butter Olive Oil and Aged Cinnamon-pear Dark Balsamic. Roast in oven 350 degrees until tender (45 – 60 minutes depending on squash variety and size)Five minutes before serving, drizzle with more Balsamic and roast for another 5 minutes.
