Apple Rosemary Pork tenderloin

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Red Apple Dark Balsamic
Ingredients:1 pork tenderloin
1/2 cup Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Red Apple Dark Balsamic
2 Tablespoons of a high polyphenol olive oil: Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Robust Extra Virgin (UP-certified) Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Rosemary Oil
1 green apple, chopped
Mix the balsamic vinegar and rosemary. Pour over the pork tenderloin and marinate for an hour.
After marinating, sear the pork in olive oil (this will give you moister pork). Then slice the tenderloin lengthwise and fill the slit with chopped green apple. Drizzle with marinade. Roast at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
