Avocado with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients:
1 perfectly ripe avocado, unpeeled and sliced (6 slices )
2 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Ricchissimo Aged Dark Balsamic or substitute of your choice.
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
Method:
Place the avocados on your serving plate. Place the plate on the table where it is going to be served from, or on each individual place setting. Using a spoon (or a turkey baster), carefully ladle approximately 1 teaspoon of balsamic in each avocado slice.
