Broccoli Roasted with EVOO
Everyone will want to eat broccoli once you try this recipe which was submitted by one of our online customers. When she raved to me about the recipe I thought, how good can this be? But she convinced me to try it and I am so glad I did.
Needed for this recipe:
• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Robust UP-certified Olive Oil
This is a recipe that doesn’t need measurements, but if you want guidelines:
• 2 pounds Broccoli spears
• 2 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Robust UP-certified Olive Oil*
• ½ teaspoon sea salt.

Preheat oven to 350. Toss broccoli in olive oil and salt. Place on a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking dish, or baking tin. Roast 10-15 minutes until broccoli is cooked through and just a little browned.
