Kale chips are so easy to make with so many of our infused olive oils.

Vancouver Island Salt Company Garlic Salt
This recipe also works well with Sunshine Coast Olive oil Co. Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 large bunch of kale
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Garlic Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Vancouver Island Salt Company Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Trim off all stems. Tear leaves into large pieces.
Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves.
Toss in Garlic Olive Oil, massaging the oil into the leaves. Coat them well, but don’t soak them (I do about 1.5 teaspoons of olive oil for every handful of Kale).
Sprinkle on salt, a pinch at a time, and toss until thoroughly coated.
Sprinkle on Parmesan, a teaspoon at a time, and toss until thoroughly coated.
Bake 10 minutes. If your kale is sticking to the pan, peel it off and flip the pieces (careful they will be hot)
Turn sheet and bake another 15 minutes.
