Needed for this recipe:
1 bunch leafy kale
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon, or more to taste, Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Baklouti Chili Olive Oil
a splash of fresh lime juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (convection, if possible)
Clean and dry kale. Trim the kale leaves from their stems, and chop into bite-sized pieces
Place kale in a bowl, and drizzle with both oils, and toss until fully coated
Grind sea salt over the chips.
Place chips on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, and bake in the oven ten minutes (with convection) or 20 minutes in a regular oven. Splash the chips with lime juice halfway through the baking.
