Vancouver Island Salt Co.- Orange and Lime Infused Sea Salt
Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 -10 minutes
1 bunch kale – flat leaf or curly
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Vancouver Island Salt Co.- Orange and Lime Infused Sea Salt
Preheat your oven to 350.
Wash and dry the kale. Remove the tough inner stem. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Place the kale in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, using your hands to make sure each leaf is coated on both sides. Toss again with your preferred seasoning.
Spread in one layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, checking often to make sure they don’t overcook. The tray may need rotating for even cooking. You can also flip some of the larger pieces halfway through to make sure they dry out on both sides.
Kale chips are done when they are crisp but not too brown.
