Needed for this recipe:
• ½ cup Persian Lime Coconut Granola
• 1 cup plain yogourt (better with thick yogourts, such as Greek-style)
• 1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Olive Oil *
• Sliced fruit of your choice
*Or Blood Orange Olive Oil, or Lemon Olive Oil
Blend Persian Lime Olive Oil into plain yogourt.
Place granola in bowl, add yogourt and fruit. Stir. Let sit 5 minutes. If it is too dry for you, you can soak the granola in a little water, or add milk/juice of your choice to the whole bowl.
