Coconut Mango Popsicles

Needed for this recipe:

Sunshine Coast Olive oil Co. Coconut White Balsamic

 

1 cup mango juice (real mango nectar)
1 cup cashew milk
1 teaspoon honey1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive oil Co. Coconut White Balsamic

Method:

Warm the mango on the stovetop or in the microwave.  Stir in honey, making sure it blends thoroughly.  Add cashew milk, then coconut balsamic.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 6 hours or more.
