Easy Shish Taouk
This is an easy kebab recipe inspired by the Lebanese Shish Taouk. It is just made for summer on the deck or at the beach.
You will need:
wooden skewers (soaked for 30 minutes prior to cooking)

3 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Oregano Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Garlic Olive Oil
1 cup Greek-styhttps://sunshinecoastoliveoil.com/product/greek-oregano-whole-herb-olive-oil-agrumato-style/le plain yogourt
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 cups cubed chicken breast
Mix all ingredients together and marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. When ready to grill, heat grill to medium high. Skewer chicken pieces on pre-soaked wooden skewers and grill until cook through (about 4 minutes a side), turning half way through your cooking time.
Serve with easy, homemade Tzatziki. Or wrap in a pita bread with tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and feta cheese.
