Smoothies are an easy breakfast, or carry-to work or school snack (just keep them cool). You can use any of the following as a base: Milk, Orange Juice, Cashew Milk, Almond Milk, Soy Milk.
Needed for this recipe:
• 1 cup milk or juice of your choice
• ¾ cup frozen fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, peaches etc…)
• 1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Olive Oil
Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder
Blend and serve!
