All you need is a julienne grater (I bought mine at our local kitchen store for under $10.00) a few ingredients and some great oils and balsamics
Julienne zucchini using a zuchetti machine, a julienne grater or a mandolin fitted with a julienne blade.
Top with a fresh, herbaceous Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. UP-Certifed Olive Oil
Sprinkle with freshly grated sea salt
Top with Parmesan Cheese
Optional: Drizzle with Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co Fig Balsamic
