Persian Lime Cream Cheese

An instant flavour boost, using all natural flavour of our Persian Lime Olive Oil.  Lovely served on crostini with strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic or on crackers with Northern Divine Smoked Sturgeon.

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co Persian Lime Olive Oil

• Vancouver Island Salt Co. Lime and Orange Sea Salt

Ingredients:

• 1 small tub of cream cheese (227 g)

• 4 teaspoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co Persian Lime Olive Oil

• ¼ teaspoon Vancouver Island Salt Co. Lime and Orange Sea Salt

Method:

Blend all ingredients by hand, then refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
