Needed for this recipe:
1 pound ground beef (we buy from Butcher Dave in Sechelt)
3 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Garlic Infused Olive Oil3 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Espresso Balsamic
1 teaspoon Metropolitan Chef Steak and Rib Rub
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour. Grill at medium (balsamics burn at too high a temperature) and serve with Quick Chipotle Mayo.
