Pesto Chicken

Needed for this recipe:
Delizia Pesto made with UP-certified Olive Oil (available in store)

Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast
• Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
• 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions:
Coat chicken breast with pesto sauce. Layer with sliced tomatoes and top with grated cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
