Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Coconut White Balsamic

 

Ingredients:

• 1oz 1800 Coconut Tequila
• 1oz White Rum
• 1.5oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5oz Lime Juice
• 0.5oz Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Coconut White Balsamic
• Grilled pineapple garnish

Method:

Rim glass with kosher salt. In a shaker with ice, combine ingredients. Shake vigorously and pour into rimmed glass. Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge, if desired. If the Piña Colada and Margarita had a baby! Enjoy!
