Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

Needed for this recipe:

• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Rosemary Olive Oil*

• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Oregano White Balsamic*

• 1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Rosemary Salt

 

Ingredients:

• 1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Rosemary Olive Oil*

• 1 Tablespoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Oregano White Balsamic

• 1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Rosemary Salt*

• 2 cups of scrubbed, chopped potatoes

 

Recipe:

Set oven to 375 degrees convection roast

Toss all ingredients in bowl. Layer Potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Place in oven on 2nd rack from the top. Roast 10 minutes, then pull out and flip the potatoes. Place back in oven another 5 – 10 minutes until they are crisped on the outside.
