Sicilian lemons are so sweet you can peel and eat them. Consequently, unlike a tart lemon, which is often heavily sweetened in a beverage, our Sicilian Lemon balsamic doesn’t even really need sweetener for most people. If you do prefer a sweeter drink, a tiny amount of sweetener is all you need. Even with the sugar added this recipe is only 2 calories per 8 ounce glass.
Needed for this recipe:
1 cup sparkling water, chilled
1 tsp. Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1/8 tsp. sugar
optional: lemon slices for garnish, serve over crushed ice
- Pour Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic into a tumbler.
- Add water then sugar, stir to dissolve, about ten seconds.
- Add garnish (optional)
